Crumble Topping

This recipe is a really easy one to remember recipe and was passed down from a neighbour. You can adjust the size of the ratio to how every much crumble you're makeing. The golden rule is 4:3:2 flour:sugar:butter.

  1. Put the flour, sugar and butter into a bowl.
  2. Rub the butter into the flour and sugar until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Sprinkle over the top of your dish and bake in the oven until golden brown.
